FACTS Online Tuition Management

Families who choose to make their tuition payments in ten or twelve monthly installments do this through a program called FACTS, where tuition is automatically debited from your account.

Beginning with the 2011 – 2012 school year, all families choosing monthly installments must go online and set up their own account with FACTS Tuition Management Program.

PARENTS PLEASE NOTE:
A new state law effective July 1, 2011, requires that all students in grades 7 – 12, need to be immunized for Whooping Cough before they can begin school in August of 2011.

Pertussis Immunization Requirement for 2011-12 School year
Grade 6-7-8 Families: Beginning next school year (2011-2012), a new state law will require that all students entering Grades 7 and above
show proof of a recent pertussis immunization – usually given in the form of a Tetanus booster (Tdap: tetanus/diphtheria/pertussis) on or after the student’s 10th birthday. All students will need to be in compliance:

Gr 6-7 Families: Student immunization records will need to be updated prior to entry at the next school year. An updated copy of your child’s
immunization record will need to be on file with the school office. When your child meets with his/her medical care provider and receives the booster immunization,
please deliver an updated copy of the immunization record to the school office.

Gr 8 Families: You will need to provide an updated immunization record with proof of the Tdap booster immunization to your child’s next school
as part of the enrollment process.
