At the same time, our tuition assistance program offered more than $80,000 in support to families with financial need. Your gifts enable us to build on the successes we have already achieved. These gifts are usually deductible for Federal and California income tax purposes. However, limitations may apply, and you should consult with your tax professional for specific details.</p> <p><br>Our Lady of Mount Carmel School provides a wide range of programs through which contributions may be made. The greatest numbers of gifts to Mount Carmel School come in the form of direct personal and corporate donations. Planned gifts of stock and property are also welcomed. Matching Gift programs through your employer are a tremendous opportunity where your gift will be matched as much as 100% &#8211; doubling and sometimes even tripling your gift. The purpose of an annual report is to help demonstrate our accomplishments to current and future donors, cultivate new partnerships, and acknowldege our donors. The Annual Report mailed at the end of September to donors who made a gift for the period beginning July 1, 2009 through June 30, 2010.
