    <title>Our Campus </title>
    <content>&lt;p&gt;We are pleased that we are able to provide dedicated subject learning facilities for all grades;  Kindergarten through 8th, to enhance their daily experience at Mount Carmel School.&lt;/p&gt;</content>

    <title>Dedicated Science Center</title>
    <content>Completed in 2005, the Science Center is used by all grades K &amp;#8211; 8.  The facility includes video microscopes, sinks, lab tables providing the abilty to conduct both short and long term experiments.</content>

    <title>Technology Lab and Mobile Carts</title>
    <content>The technology lab is used by all grades K-8 and it is where students go to learn how to use computers.  The lab, as is the entire school,  Macintosh based.  The students begin by learning how to use a mouse and keyboard using grade level appropriate software.  Often what they do in the lab is integrated with the current class curriuculum.  The students ultimaately become proficient in the Microsoft suite of office products including Excel, Word, Powerpoint and iMovie.
The mobile carts house 30 wireless ibooks that can be wheeled into a classroom for curriculum based work.  We have two carts one for the upper grades and one for the lower grades.</content>

    <title>Library</title>
    <content>Our library was completely renovated and the book collection updated in 2004.   In 2006, we converted our book check out system to bar codes, enabling us to better manage the collection.  The computers in the libary allow students to check for book availability at the Redwood City Public Library system.</content>

    <title>Gymnasium</title>
    <content>Our gymnasium was used as the church for over 20 years beginning in 1932 before the current church was completed.   The gymansium floor was not present then, but the choir loft was and is today.
The gym is used for PE, after school sports program, student assemblies, dramatic performances and for many fundraising and community events.</content>

    <title>Play Yard and Play Structures</title>
    <content>Completed in 2009, the renovated school yard was the result of a two year fundraising effort and included parent, parishioner, alumni and Foundation support.
Two new play structures provide physical play for all grades and the new basketball hoops are used for PE and our aspiring NBA players at recess and lunch.</content>

    <title>After School Care</title>
    <content>After school care is available Monday through Friday during the school year for all enrolled students at Kids Place until 6:00 pm on a fee based schedule.</content>
