Visit Mount Carmel School Tours are available on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9:00 am by appointment by contacting the Development Office at 366-8817 or email Submit an application Applications are available in December prior to the year for which you are applying for Pre K – grades 7. We accept applications for 8th grade on an exception basis only, and only after consultation with the Principal. Applicants for K must be 5 years old as of September 1. The faculty and staff are committed to this date and do not make exceptions. There is a $50.00 application fee per child due at the time the application is submitted. Interview and Testing All prospective students are required to take a test prior to acceptance. The test for Kindergarten is for readiness. All other grades are to determine grade level ability. While your child is being tested, you have the opportunity to meet with the Principal and Pastor. Acceptance Acceptance letters for Kindergarten are mailed in March; all other grades in April. Once a student is accepted, the next step is to complete the registration process by submitting the requested forms and fees.
